Fulfilment & Operations Performance Manager
Ewen is our longest-standing team member having been with the business for 24 years. Over the years he’s worn just about every hat in the business – from labouring and supervising to quality and production management. His deep knowledge of how every part of our operation works makes him the perfect fit for his current role leading Fulfilment & Operations Performance. Ewen’s experience, commitment, and care ensure that every order leaves our doors on time and to the highest standard.

WH&S / HR Manager
Kylie has been part of our team for 15 years, beginning on the factory floor scooping avocados by hand on the AvoFresh line. Along the way, she has taken on a variety of roles and built up a deep understanding of our business. Today, she combines her work in Workplace Health & Safety and HR with her long-standing passion for fresh chilli sales – a role she has proudly held for many years and continues to enjoy. Kylie’s ability to move seamlessly between different areas of the business highlights the versatility and dedication she brings to our team.
